A Place Where Men Come to Restore, Rebuild and Recover

About Valley Vista Sober Living
Valley Vista Sober Living is a men’s recovery home located in Boise, Idaho. It was founded by a married couple who met in recovery and together share over four decades of continuous sobriety, and continued involvement in the 12 step process. We understand firsthand the transformative power of recovery and the critical role that community, accountability, and environment play in sustaining it. Our mission is to provide a safe, drug free, supportive living environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity, structure, and purpose.
We believe that recovery is not just something you practice—it is a foundation for life. That’s why we’ve created a home where recovery is supported, encouraged, and celebrated every day. Our guests benefit from a structured environment with clear guidelines, regular house meetings, and accountability measures that help them stay focused on their goals while building meaningful connections with others on the same path.
Our Services

Safe & Structured Housing
Clean, comfortable, fully furnished living spaces with full size beds in both shared and private room options. Our drug- and alcohol-free environment includes clear house guidelines, regular house meetings, curfews, daily chores, accountability measures, and regular drug and alcohol screenings to ensure a stable foundation for recovery. We have a zero tolerance policy for substance use and all prospective guests must pass a drug and alcohol screen to be considered.

Building a Strong Foundation
Building a strong foundation is essential to achieving and maintaining long-term recovery. Recovery is not just about abstaining from substances–it’s about building a new way of life. We foster growth and stability through accountability and structured expectations, including regular involvement in 12 step recovery. We foster an environment where residents feel empowered and excited about their recovery, offering hands on support and guidance along the way.

Supportive Community
Community is the cornerstone of long-term recovery. Addiction thrives in isolation and healing happens in connection. We encourage community through monthly house activities, regular weekly house meetings and peer support. At Valley Vista Sober Living, men are supported by a community that understands their journey and stands behind their goals. We encourage our clients to identify goals across all areas of their lives–not just recovery–and support them in taking meaningful steps toward achieving those goals.
